개인정보처리방침

Dev.RC(이하 "운영자")는 Android 앱 「몽돌 타이머」(패키지 이름 com.mongdoltimer.app, 이하 "앱")에서 이용자의 정보를 이 방침에 따라 처리합니다.

핵심 내용

  • 회원가입과 로그인이 없습니다. 운영자는 이용자 정보를 받는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
  • 기록과 설정은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
  • 위치 좌표는 남기지 않습니다. 거리와 시간만 저장하고, 측정을 끝내면 좌표를 지웁니다.
  • 광고는 Google AdMob, 결제는 Google Play가 직접 처리합니다. 광고 제거를 구매하면 광고 정보가 처리되지 않습니다.

처리하는 정보와 목적

앱은 아래 정보를 앱 기능을 제공하는 데에만 씁니다. 광고 정보를 뺀 모든 정보는 기기 안에만 저장합니다.

Health Connect 데이터

읽는 데이터

앱은 이용자가 연결한 경우에만 Health Connect에서 아래 데이터를 읽기만 하며, Health Connect에 데이터를 쓰지 않습니다.

쓰는 범위

읽은 데이터는 앱의 기록 탭에 운동 기록을 보여 주는 데에만 쓰고, 기기 안에만 저장합니다. 광고, 판매, 다른 목적의 분석에 쓰지 않으며, 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

Limited Use

Health Connect에서 받은 정보의 사용은 제한적 사용 요구사항을 포함한 Health Connect 권한 정책을 따릅니다.

The use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

연결 해제와 삭제

권한은 Health Connect 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있고, 이미 가져온 기록은 앱의 기록 탭에서 지울 수 있습니다.

외부 서비스와 제3자 제공

운영자는 이용자 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 아래 기능은 Google LLC(미국)의 서비스가 직접 처리하며, 이때 정보가 국외에 있는 Google 서버로 전송될 수 있습니다.

Android 백업 (Google)

이용자가 휴대폰 백업을 켜 둔 경우

앱의 기록·설정 파일이 이용자 본인의 Google 계정에 백업되고, 기기를 바꾸거나 다시 설치할 때 복원됩니다.

이용자가 월·연 평가 공유를 고른 경우에만

이용자가 고른 앱(메신저 등)으로 평가 이미지와 요약 글이 전달됩니다.

Google의 정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google이 파트너 앱의 정보를 사용하는 방식을 따릅니다.

앱 권한

권한은 휴대폰 설정 → 애플리케이션 → 몽돌 타이머 → 권한에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 끄면 그 기능만 쓸 수 없습니다.

보관 기간과 파기

운영자는 서버에 보관하는 이용자 정보가 없으므로, 따로 파기할 정보가 없습니다. 기기 안의 정보는 아래와 같이 지워집니다.

정보보관 기간과 삭제 방법
기록·설정이용자가 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. 기록 탭에서 기록별로 지울 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하거나 휴대폰 설정 → 애플리케이션 → 몽돌 타이머 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제를 하면 모두 지워집니다.
위치 좌표측정을 끝내는 즉시 지웁니다.
Google 계정 백업휴대폰 백업 설정을 따르며, Google 드라이브의 백업 목록에서 지울 수 있습니다.
Health Connect 원본Health Connect에 그대로 남으며, 앱은 원본을 지우거나 바꾸지 않습니다.
광고 정보Google의 보관 정책을 따릅니다. 휴대폰 설정의 광고 항목에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든 아래 방법으로 자신의 정보를 열람·수정·삭제하거나, 처리를 멈출 수 있습니다.

권한 철회휴대폰 설정의 앱 권한이나 Health Connect 설정에서 끕니다.
맞춤 광고 거부휴대폰 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정합니다. 유럽 등에서는 앱의 옵션 → 앱 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서도 바꿀 수 있습니다.
광고 없이 쓰기광고 제거를 구매하면 광고 정보가 처리되지 않습니다.
문의운영자는 이용자 정보를 갖고 있지 않아 대신 열람·삭제해 드릴 수는 없지만, 보호책임자 이메일로 문의하면 방법을 안내해 드립니다.

아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 운영자는 아동의 개인정보를 따로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 앱을 쓰더라도 기록은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.

안전성 확보 조치

  • 기록과 설정은 Android가 앱마다 따로 두는 내부 저장소에 저장되어, 다른 앱이 읽을 수 없습니다.
  • 평가 이미지는 이용자가 공유를 고를 때만, 받는 앱에 그 이미지 하나의 읽기 권한을 줍니다.
  • 운영자는 이용자 정보를 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 앱이 인터넷을 쓰는 것은 Google 광고·결제 기능뿐입니다.

MongDol Timer

Privacy Policy

Dev.RC ("we") explains here how the Android app "MongDol Timer" (package name com.mongdoltimer.app, "the app") handles your information.

This English version has the same content as the Korean version and takes effect on the same date.

Key points

  • No sign-up or login. We do not run any server that receives your information.
  • Records and settings stay on your device. They are never sent to us.
  • No location coordinates are kept. Only distance and time are saved, and coordinates are deleted when tracking ends.
  • Ads are handled by Google AdMob, and payments by Google Play. After you buy ad removal, ad information is no longer processed.

Information we process

We use the information below only to provide the app's features. Everything except ad information is stored only on your device.

Workout and study records

Storage
Coordinates are not kept in your records; only distance and time are saved. During tracking, the last location is kept on the device temporarily and deleted when tracking ends.

Data we read

If you connect it, the app only reads the following data from Health Connect and never writes to it.

How we use it

We use this data only to show your workouts in the app's records tab, and we store it only on your device. We do not use it for advertising, sell it, analyze it for other purposes or provide it to third parties.

Limited Use

The use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting and deleting

You can revoke access at any time in Health Connect settings, and delete imported records in the records tab.

Third-party services

We do not sell your information or provide it to third parties. The features below are handled directly by services of Google LLC (USA), and your information may be sent to Google's servers.

Consent
In regions that require consent, such as the EU, the app asks for consent before showing ads. You can change it under Options (옵션) → App (앱) → Ad privacy settings (광고 개인정보 설정).

After you buy ad removal, the app stops receiving ads and no longer starts the ad SDK when opened.

You can turn off any permission at any time in Settings → Apps → MongDol Timer → Permissions. Only the related feature stops working.

Retention and deletion

We keep no user information on servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. Information on your device is removed as follows.

You can access, edit or delete your information, or stop its processing, at any time as follows.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (under 14 in Korea), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Even when a child uses the app, records stay only on the device.

Security

  • Records and settings are stored in the app's private internal storage, which other apps cannot read.
  • A review image is shared only when you choose, and the receiving app gets read access to that one image only.
  • We do not send your information to any server. The app uses the internet only for Google ads and billing.
